Return Policy

  • Due to Health Canada, and Canada Post regulations, opened bottles or jugs will not be accepted as part of the return policy. Pending the approval for return of an opened bottle or jug, we will supply secure shipping methods and instructions.

  • Partial cases will be accepted in the original packaging, securely packaged.

  • Prior to returning, you must submit a reason for return and photos of products as part of the return claim process. Your claim will be assigned a RT number for identification and tracking. All communications must include the RT number.

  • Proof of purchase and original packing slip must be provided

  • All returns must be shipped prepaid, with clear RT number on the outside of the package and return packing slip.

  • Credit for the prepaid return shipment will be issued pending inspection and approval of the returned product.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. It takes up to 30 days to process returns and credit your account to the original method of payment or to issue an online store credit. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
